THE VIEW.

The Panorama.

Uninterrupted
Coast to Coast

From the Tweed and NSW border in the south, the view sweeps across the entire Gold Coast before reaching towards North Stradbroke Island in the north. Coastline, skyline and ocean unfold in one extraordinary sweep, with the scale of the horizon revealing itself the longer you look.

The Perspective.

Above
It
All.

There is something different about seeing the Gold Coast from above. A view of this scale is not something that can simply be added to a property. As the Gold Coast continues to grow and develop, positions offering such a broad, uninterrupted perspective become increasingly difficult to find. The High Place is defined by something that is inherently scarce: its position, and everything that can be seen from it.

The Constant.

Light
Mood
Time

First light brings a softer Gold Coast. As the day moves on, the coastline brightens, the city comes alive and the horizon takes on new depth. Then, as the sun disappears, the lights begin to trace the city below. The view is never quite the same twice, but it's always there, forever yours.
